There are so many versions of the Lunge, today's lunge is one I love to integrate into my warm-ups, because it stretches out your legs while activating them.

One thing you'll find that we love here at KM BODY, is to lengthen your muscles while we work them! When a muscle stretches and is loaded with resistance or weight, it is considered an eccentric contraction. Working your muscles eccentrically is the hardest way to use your muscles - who doesn't love that!
